Key Account Representative
We are looking for a colleague who, as a proactive member of our dynamic sales team, can support the sales activities of Culligan Hungary Kft. through the high-quality execution of assigned tasks.
As a Key Account Representative (Budapest based), you will be instrumental in driving the commercial strategy for our clients. Your primary responsibilities include defining and managing key account plans, monitoring progress against targets, and implementing strategies to achieve performance goals. You will lead key accounts, focusing on customer retention and development, and drive sales and margin growth through a value-added approach. Additionally, you will engage with customers to support sales and strategically develop significant cross-country accounts. Leveraging your expertise and market insights, you will explore all potential business development opportunities to maximize sales and profit. Your role is crucial in fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring loyalty, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
YOUR MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL BE:
Strategy & Growth:
Define and deploy client strategies aligned with growth and margin objectives.
Coordinate activities and services per signed contracts.
Deliver targeted business results and drive actions to improve profitability.
Manage the key account value delivery projects pipeline.
Own and leverage the value proposition.
Review and recommend contractual terms and pricing.
Strengthen brand awareness through external communication.
Utilize Internally crafted methodologies to maximize business value.
Customer Engagement Strategies:
Develop long-term client partnerships and prioritize key stakeholder relationships.
Maintain alignment with customers and monitor strategic activities.
Balance customer expectations with the company’s delivery capabilities.
Implement customer retention strategies and drive value selling.
Contribute to client sustainability and innovation roadmaps.
Travel to meet with clients and stakeholders.
Other Capabilities:
Provide KPI reporting and strategic project achievements.
Utilize pricing strategies for value-added business opportunities.
Build relationships with key sales and business development stakeholders.
Ensure consistent ways of working and team collaboration and cohesion
Facilitate internal understanding and selling of unique services.
Stay updated on supply and demand issues, trends, and competitors.
Key Qualifications:
Strong business acumen and commercial experience at a senior level, with excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external senior stakeholders.
Experience in service key accounts
Demonstrated results in driving growth and managing organizational change in complex international structures.
Track record of delivering on strategic sales, innovation, and sustainability roadmaps for international companies.
Strong project management skills, focusing on project delivery and commercial considerations, including contract negotiations and handling escalations.
Mental agility and flexibility to navigate complex stakeholder interactions.
